It’s local, lekker, bio degradable, organic and, most importantly, contains no products sourced from animals. African Organics, launched in April this year, makes shampoo, conditioner, a delicious body wash, and even a handy two in one shampoo. The Shampoo smells good, lathers well, and seems to clean hair adequately. The conditioner smells good, and leaves hair feeling smooth. The body wash is luxurious. Our experience with African Organics, so far, has been great.
Trevor Steyn, MD of African Organics says "we are trying to deliver ethical products to consumers. We have adhered to both BDIH and Ecocert standards for 100% natural products although we don’t have the cash flow currently to certify with either of these certifying agents.
